Do you often hear brides say that their wedding day went by so fast? By hiring Meraki Events, we will ensure that you can fully embrace each minute of your wedding day and cherish it for life.

This service is for couples who have the basics of wedding planning and vendor booking under control; they're seeking professional assistance towards the end of planning to tie together the remaining details and coordinating the wedding weekend.

Six weeks before your wedding, we will contact all of your vendors, lock down the details and put together an airtight timeline.

On your wedding day, our team will be there to ensure that it looks, feels, operates, and executes as you planned. After all the time and energy you’ve poured into preparing for your wedding, this service is designed to give you and your family complete peace of mind.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAY-OF COORDINATION SERVICE?

While my team and I will be there to handle every little detail and issue on your wedding day, our services will begin as soon as you hire us.
The Day-Of Coordination package for each event can be customized and includes (but is not limited to) the following:

PRIOR TO THE WEDDING:

  • Complimentary initial consultation in-person or virtual to review all details and logistics planned for the event.​

  • Any advice or referrals you need to complete your wedding plans.

  • Vendor contracts, timelines, and day of expectations reviewed.

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls to tie up loose ends and answer your questions/concerns.

  • Meetings with vendors to confirm details.

  • Coordinate set up and assist with it if needed.

  • A ceremony and reception site walk-through.

  • Creation of wedding timeline to plan for a seamless event.

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination.

DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION:

  • Complete wedding management. A minimum of two coordinators on site during your wedding ceremony and reception, from the beginning of the day to the end.

  • Management of vendors/suppliers including final payments.

  • Concierge-level service for you and your wedding party.

  • All issues are off your radar – your only duty is to enjoy the day!

I will be your friend when you need it most and in your corner when you’re trying to keep everyone happy. I will help you create the most incredible wedding without stress.

Whether you are having a small intimate gathering or a huge celebration - We will ensure that you do not miss a beat when it comes to planning. We realize that you do not want to worry about the details and logistics of your event. We plan engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, and birthdays.

If you would like to plan your wedding yourselves but require professional guidance in specific areas this service is for you. Finding a photo shoot location, designing centrepieces and invitations, assisting in attire selection, setting up gift registries and researching vendors that work well within your budget are a few examples of consulting work we have done for past clients. This service is for the clients that need minimal or very specific guidance. This is commonly combined with the Wedding Day Management service.
